BACKGROUND: In 1992, at the age of 15 years old, he begins to study at the "Scuola 55" music academy of Trieste (managed by Angelo Baiguera, a name with no needs of introductions in Italy) taught by the well-known jazz drummer  Gabriele Centis. His first band is the heavy metal sounded "Fear no Evil", with whom he played in Gorizia and nearby. At the age of nineteen he starts to play with one of the most important hard-rock bands in Friuli Venezia Giulia: "Dagh". With Dagh he shared the stage with artists such as Elisa, i Nomadi, Paul di Anno (Iron Maiden's first vocalist), Vision Divine and many others. With them he also recorded an EP and 2 CDs: Emozioni Libere and Polvere. Polvere was also released in Italy by Videoradio, for whom he signed in 2005. He played with "Dagh" for about ten years: until 2007, when the band quit. In 2005 he is also drummer of the heavy metal band "Sacro Ordine", with whom he recorded a self-produced, self-titled CD too. In 2007 he joined "Overtures" after Marko Klajnscek decided to quit the band. In 2008 Andrea also featured in some live shows as substitute drummer of the bands "Kill Joy" and in the "Silvio Gergolet's band" (ex Cobra). In 2008 Andrea attends a "Drum Seminar" with Mike Terrana (ex Rage, Tarja & more).
